To sign up for lessons for the first time, please use the registration page on this website (found in the menu). Returning students just login at the bottom or side of any page to access the scheduling calendar. 

Cancellations, Additions

Changing, adding or canceling times can be done at any time through the scheduling calendar. Cancelations can be made 48 hours in advance without penalty. Less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours would have a fee of half the cost (I lose money by not being able to fill open lesson spots). Less than 24 hours would incur a full charge. Illnesses are excused. Emergencies may be charged half. If you find another student to trade with or fill your spot, there would not be a charge. Farther in advance is greatly appreciated so others may access available times. Adding a time can be done up to 6 hours in advance. After that you can text me (I check messages while teaching about every 1.5 or 2 hours) or even ask me at the pool. The schedule will fill up and I'll have a list of those who would like available times.

Payment 

Lessons should be paid for before lessons begin. You can view your account balance and pay from there using a payment link which uses PayPal to process the payment. Venmo or Zelle (an invoice will be sent as well). It's easy to log onto and use. Again, the website is: superswimming.athletadesk.com Returning students just use or reset your username and password. 
 
Payment should be made before or at the first lesson or within a week of receiving an invoice whichever is later. Your balance and an online payment link can be accessed on the website. In the portal where you schedule lessons, go to the menu (3 horizontal lines on a phone) or click on the tab, Account and Invoices. Payment can be made directly by clicking on the payment button using a debit card or PayPal. There is a 2% charge (I pay 2% myself). Venmo or Zelle has no charge, with details below. Invoices also have a payment link on them and the payment forms spelled out each time.


Payment forms:

▪ Use the payment link on the website at accounts and invoices or on your emailed invoice. PayPal or a debit/credit card may be used. There is a 2% charge added to your cost (and a 2% charge to me as well). It comes to $1.10 per lesson. It will automatically credit your account and send you a receipt.

 Weather Closures

Lessons will be rescheduled for lightning/pool closings. If a lesson gets cuts short by pool closings, either the time will be made up or the cost will be prorated. As with most all pools, if thunder or lightening is observed anywhere, the pool is closed for 30 minutes from the last detected instance of lightning or thunder. I will try to be in contact when it's uncertain but will often be in the pool teaching before that point.

On the day of your lesson if there is more than 50% chance of rain, you can reschedule without penalty. Lessons can happen with rain but not with lightning or thunder anywhere in the area. That call is up to the Lifeguards. If it is just a chance of storms, such as 50% or less, we usually still try to have lessons. Please make sure I have your cell phone number and the cell phone number of any other person bringing your child so I can contact you. There are occasionally times when it is really cold and lessons are either canceled or the option is left up to you. (The early part of the season, the water is colder and usually uncomfortable to get in at first before we get used to it.)
